This week, we celebrated the grand re-opening of Mahana Fresh in Bradenton! Conveniently located off of 41 near the Crunch Fitness, Mahana Fresh fills a gap in the Bradenton dining market by serving up delicious healthy meal options.

In my humble opinion, the Honey Sriacha Brussels Sprouts are worth a trip.

Em & I both tried the Grilled Steak and found it to be cooked perfectly and full of flavor. 

The ambiance at Mahana is peaceful & tropical. They offer an assortment of healthy drink options and drafts – you can set the tone!

We love that this Mahana has a community wall where businesses, entrepreneurs, and creators can share their work!

Living in Florida is truly paradise and Mahana Fresh provides the 941 with a “taste of the islands” in their simple and healthy menu.

I am thrilled to add another restaurant to my “Emily friendly” list that complies with my allergy needs. I’ve been there many times and have already referred many of my friends!

We spoke with Franchisee, Brad Robinson, who gave us some insider details on what’s going on at Mahana

Q: Introduce Mahana Fresh!

We choose to look on the bright side of everything. That’s why we always speak in a manner of positivity. Welcoming. Friendly. Earnest in our mission to help people eat well and feel better about themselves. No matter who you are, you always have a seat at our table. 

Q: What inspired you to open Mahana Fresh in Bradenton?

Growing up in Bradenton I knew there was not anything like this here. Not many healthy eating options in B-town.

Q: It’s proven there’s a debate on social media… let’s settle it! What’s your favorite Mahana vegetable?

Personally my favorite veggie is the Roasted Mushrooms, and I don’t even like mushrooms!

Q: What can 941 residents do to support Mahana as the economy rebuilds?

We offer a few ways in which to support us. Obviously, we serve lunch and dinner in the restaurant, but we also can cater the office, a party, or any event that may come up. We also offer family meals that serve four people. You can easily pick it up on the way home.

Q: What’s your favorite part of living in the 941?

Growing up in the 941 has been great. I went to Manatee High and have employed quite a few Manatee students in the last year. B-town has grown a lot over the years and is still growing.

I lived in NW Bradenton growing up and now out in Lakewood Ranch and love it. I do miss the NW though.
