Megan and I were thrilled when Banyan Coffee Co. reached out to us and asked if we’d be up for a second visit! They’ve made some exciting changes recently and wanted all of our readers (yes, that’s YOU!) to be kept in the loop.
So, a few weeks ago, we headed out to the Bradenton Farmer’s Market on a Saturday morning to meet up with Josh and Abbie to get the latest Banyan news & share the insider’s guide to all things local.
M:
Since we wrote about Banyan Coffee earlier in 2020 (whew, what a year), our favorite caffeine specialists obtained the cutest little coffee truck you may have ever laid eyes on. The iconic vehicle has become the feature of most of the brand’s new merchandise and designs.
Dealing with the current pandemic situation has been far from easy for most small businesses, but Banyan has taken on the challenge in stride. Their wholesale business has grown drastically as they’ve continued to offer free delivery. Reach out if your business is looking to be fueled by the incredible local selections of Banyan!
Josh is confident that if Banyan can “bring the coffee to the people,” they’ll continue to be successful. As the state restrictions have lessened, Banyan has been able to safely bring their product to the people by visiting schools, church events, and local markets with the Banyan Coffee truck.
E:
In addition to selling their “beans by the bag”, Banyan has expanded their menu to include specialty made to order coffee drinks as well as flavored teas.
I have always enjoyed peach tea for it’s naturally sweet flavor, so when I saw it on Banyan’s menu, I {obviously} ordered myself a large one over ice!
Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It was gone so fast I had to get another! Megan tried the hibiscus tea and was equally a fan.
Whether or not your a coffee or tea lover, Banyan Coffee Co. has something for you so be sure to stop by the blue truck next time you’re at the Farmers Market!
